By ordering from Running Vintage or KyRoseDesigns you are bound to these terms and conditions.

All Sales are final. Please note when you purchase an item from Running Vintage or KyRoseDesigns you are purchasing an item that is antique/collectible in nature. 

Free shipping to anywhere in the continental United States (excluding AK & HI). Shipments to AK, HI, and internationally will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Any incremental international taxes and/or duties will be the buyer's responsibility.

Shipments will be sent via FedEx Ground with Signature required. All shipments will be sent within 3-5 days of payment being processed.

Your email address and other personally identifiable information will be used only in order fulfillment, and to send you newsletters if you so request. We will never sell or give your information to third parties, unless related to order fulfillment (such as giving your email address to FedEx so they can inform you if there is a problem with delivery.)
